2) Call, Text, Email, Facebook, Twitter, your friends and family and let them know what you’re up to.
3) Ask if they’ll give $1 for every pound you lose to one of six life-giving causes and refer them here.
4) Tell them to let us know they’re in by clicking here. This helps us measure the impact.
5) Weigh in is every Monday and you can post your results right here at THISMUSTCHANGE.org
6) We’ll do this until November 16.
